You have lots of options for information--the release notes, the reviewers guide to ND6, the draft RedBook, and, of course, the help nsfs.
Kent Kurchak has a strong reputation, and TLCC also gets favorable reviews.
Lotus Authorized Education Centers have several update classes. These have two advantages: you get work with ND6 servers, etc, and if you are a Lotus/IBM Partner you can get reimbursed for taking the class (after passing the exam).
